Djonide works with adolescents and women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of their direction.
Her approach is warm, compassionate, and supportive, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Djonide integrates DBT-informed techniques, along with CBT and mindfulness, to help clients better understand their emotions and develop effective ways of coping.
